Tehillim kapitel 58, Psalm 58, in Hebrew with nikud and trop and the JPS English beside every pasuk. In the monthly cycle of the whole Tehillim it is said on the 10th of the Hebrew month (day 10).

For the leader; al tashḥeth. Of David. A michtam.
הַאֻמְנָ֗ם אֵ֣לֶם צֶ֭דֶק תְּדַבֵּר֑וּן מֵישָׁרִ֥ים תִּ֝שְׁפְּט֗וּ בְּנֵ֣י אָדָֽם׃
O mighty ones, do you really decree what is just?
Do you judge humankind with equity?
אַף־בְּלֵב֮ עוֹלֹ֢ת תִּפְעָ֫ל֥וּן בָּאָ֡רֶץ חֲמַ֥ס יְ֝דֵיכֶ֗ם תְּפַלֵּסֽוּן׃
In your minds you devise wrongdoing in the land;
with your hands you deal out lawlessness.
זֹ֣רוּ רְשָׁעִ֣ים מֵרָ֑חֶם תָּע֥וּ מִ֝בֶּ֗טֶן דֹּבְרֵ֥י כָזָֽב׃
The wicked are defiant from birth;
the liars go astray from the womb.
חֲמַת־לָ֗מוֹ כִּדְמ֥וּת חֲמַת־נָחָ֑שׁ כְּמוֹ־פֶ֥תֶן חֵ֝רֵ֗שׁ יַאְטֵ֥ם אׇזְנֽוֹ׃
Their venom is like that of a snake,
a deaf viper that stops its ears
אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹֽא־יִ֭שְׁמַע לְק֣וֹל מְלַחֲשִׁ֑ים חוֹבֵ֖ר חֲבָרִ֣ים מְחֻכָּֽם׃
so as not to hear the voice of charmers
or the expert mutterer of spells.
אֱֽלֹהִ֗ים הֲרׇס־שִׁנֵּ֥ימֽוֹ בְּפִ֑ימוֹ מַלְתְּע֥וֹת כְּ֝פִירִ֗ים נְתֹ֣ץ ׀ יְהֹוָֽה׃
O God, smash their teeth in their mouth;
shatter the fangs of lions, O ETERNAL One;
יִמָּאֲס֣וּ כְמוֹ־מַ֭יִם יִתְהַלְּכוּ־לָ֑מוֹ יִדְרֹ֥ךְ חִ֝צָּ֗ו כְּמ֣וֹ יִתְמֹלָֽלוּ׃
let them melt, let them vanish like water—
aim Your arrows that they be cut down—
כְּמ֣וֹ שַׁ֭בְּלוּל תֶּ֣מֶס יַהֲלֹ֑ךְ נֵ֥פֶל אֵ֝֗שֶׁת בַּל־חָ֥זוּ שָֽׁמֶשׁ׃
like a snail that melts away as it moves;
like a woman’s stillbirth—may they never see the sun!
בְּטֶ֤רֶם ׀ יָבִ֣ינוּ סִּירֹתֵכֶ֣ם אָטָ֑ד כְּמוֹ־חַ֥י כְּמוֹ־חָ֝ר֗וֹן יִשְׂעָרֶֽנּוּ׃
Before the thorns grow into a bramble,
whirl them away alive in fury.
יִשְׂמַ֣ח צַ֭דִּיק כִּי־חָזָ֣ה נָקָ֑ם פְּעָמָ֥יו יִ֝רְחַ֗ץ בְּדַ֣ם הָרָשָֽׁע׃
The righteous will rejoice when they see revenge;
they will bathe their feet in the blood of the wicked.
וְיֹאמַ֣ר אָ֭דָם אַךְ־פְּרִ֣י לַצַּדִּ֑יק אַ֥ךְ יֵשׁ־אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים שֹׁפְטִ֥ים בָּאָֽרֶץ׃ {פ}
People will say,
“There is, then, a reward for the righteous;
there is, indeed, divine justice on earth.”
