Chitas חת״ת · Chumash, Tehillim, Tanya

Chitas (חת״ת, also written Chitat) is the daily study set by the Frierdiker Rebbe: a portion of Chumash with Rashi, of Tehillim and of Tanya. Alongside it Chassidim learn the day’s Rambam, in the cycle the Rebbe began in 5744, and the day’s Hayom Yom.

Chumash with Rashi

Each day one aliyah of the week’s parsha: the first on Sunday, the seventh on Shabbos. Every parsha is here with Rashi, Ramban, Ibn Ezra, Sforno, the Ohr HaChaim and the Kli Yakar.

Tehillim

The whole of Tehillim each Hebrew month, a portion for each day. The day-by-day table and all 150 kapitlach are in Hebrew and English.

Tanya

The daily portion of Tanya, in the yearly cycle, opens in the Chitas reader.

Rambam

Three perakim a day finish the Mishneh Torah in about a year; one perek a day, in about three years, with the day’s mitzvah from Sefer HaMitzvos alongside. Every perek of the Rambam is here in Hebrew and English.

Hayom Yom
